31st Annual Apple Harvest
Cub Scout Field Day
Saturday September 27, 2008
FIELD DAY ACTIVITIES 1:30 – 3:30
PARTICIPATION AWARDS 3:30 -3:45

Apple Harvest, Cub Scout Field Day, is a 31 year old council wide event set in the middle of a working hay
field where each pack runs an activity of their choosing. The pack activity usually requires about 3 people to run it. It
should be simple in design so all cubs scouts from Tiger to Webelos will enjoy it and have fun. The rest of the pack can
go round from station to station participating in the other packs’ activities. At the end of the Field Day Events there
will be awards given out for pack participation. For example Loudest cheering pack, Favorite station, best scout spirit
and the double secret special award. This has always been an exciting time for Cubs, Parents, Leaders and Family
    members.
Cub Scouting is a family program. Non - registered family members and other visitors are welcome to come
and see the fun at Cub Scout Field Day. Everyone is welcome and is highly encouraged to come and stay for the
exciting campfire Saturday night even though only Webelos may campout over night.
